You have created that number out of whole cloth. Best I can determine, there were three hearings.

2. He was given millions in free legal counsel.
How does that make sense. I mean even at 48 different judges. Eight billable hours for the lawyer, at $500 an hour, for each "judge". That still doesn't get you to two hundred grand. I am going to need some documentation there hoss.

3. He would have been deported years ago if not for Biden protecting him.

See, now you have just completely lost it. Garcia was first encountered in March of 2019. It was the Trump administration that oversaw his release, not Biden. Why didn't they hold on to him? He was granted the "withholding from removal status" during the Trump administration, by an immigration judged, appointed during the Trump administration, by a Republican Attorney General serving under TRUMP.

4. He is a proven member of a terrorist organization cell.

That is just not true. It is more accurate to say that Garcia has not proven he is not a gang member. That is the legal standing of the contention, and sufficient enough to work in immigration court where the standards of proof are lower, much lower.
