A lot of what is called progress is more like regression. The West may become more liberal, but not necessarily the rest of the world. Japan, for example, is more liberal about certain things now, but they still value tradition in a lot of things. They seem to have a healthier cultural balance than the West in general. Poland seems to have a healthier balance than us as well. Both sides market their brands and try to demonize their opponents, that’s the game. We the people decide what we believe and what policies we promote. It’s pretty simple. We move forward. It’s called progress. We are not going to move backwards. The world will always become more liberal and less conservative, that’s just the nature of things. Unless of course there is a revolution and dramatic shift in power and how our system operates.I don't see it as a spell. It's a combination of manipulation and lack of perspective.Haha, I read what you two write and it just makes me laugh. Like all these entities and people are under some Kind of spell being coaxed into the evil “Left” get realNASCAR went woke because its leadership is completely disconnected from its fanbase. That's what happens when something becomes corporate.Fox must move further Left...right?
Country Music had to move Left...right?
NASCAR had to move Left...right?
Is it inevitable, are we all headed Left?
Country music is more conservative than most music genres, but it's a larger market than before, so some musicians were bound to represent the left eventually.
A lot of corporate types don't have a working class background, and so they view things from a perspective that is more representative of the echo chambers that exist on elite college campuses. Look into the educational backgrounds of many executives and the neighborhoods they grew up in. You'll see a lot of Ivy Leaguers and people that grew up in lilywhite neighborhoods in the Northeast, MidAtlantic, and West Coast. These people don't get the rural mindset or way of life.
My comment about country music was just with regard to market forces. I don't see how that's far fetched.
