Most wanted criminals:are police departments racists?

Almost all most wanted criminals are non-white ( black or latinos), non-european origin and with very stupid appearance.Are police departments racists who hide white criminals or is it something wrong in the theory of race equality? Where are Amish, Mormon or Jehovah Witnesses among most wanted perps?Probably we shall support fundamentalist Christianity with our tax money instead to funnel it to useless leftist organizations and parties who are guilty on high criminal rate in this country?
