I'm so very fortunate to have found the guy who does all my repairs. He has lived in this small town for many decades, everybody knows him and trusts his capability. He worked on the crew that built the development I live in, and the chief of this crew trusts him explicitly!

He's retired from his regular job so he has plenty of time to take on big jobs, and his estimates for all the jobs he's done for me have been shockingly low! I always pay him what the job is worth, which is significantly more than his estimate.

I got blessed when I found him!
