China is another matter. While they have 56 Ethnicities, the largest are the Han Chinese, who make up 91% of the population.

In fact, one out of five human beings on Earth is a Han Chinese.

The good thing about dictatorships is that they all live in a glass bubble and just get older and more eccentric every day. Their pride tells them how much smarter they are than the rest of the world, much like Hitler demanded to lead his troops into almost certain destruction because he was an idiot who war a drug addict to boot.

My only question is, if they use AI to offset this problem, will it keep them in power indefinitely? That is, if their pride will allow them to admit their flaws.

Of course, their own idiocy will probably lead to AI taking over all aspects of their lives and those that rule over them, and the proceed to destroy humanity.

So, yea, I guess the more things that change the more they stay the same.

There are tough men who have intelligence and have the stamina and willpower to make a difference. They seem to not get much of a chance when the party elites pick their candidates. Every once in a while, in a primary of several people one will surprise. I would think at the lower levels there may be more of a chance. If they go to D.C. they must give it in return as what they get from progressives. Personal strength may be needed as potential fights may break out as the Progs are not used to any pushback. Name calling is allowed. It's a two-way street.
