Most Americans lack the legal knowledge to have a valid opinion on the question of indictment. Including yourself.

Most Americans couldn't give a clean definition of the word indictment.

Most Americans take the opinions that are handed to them via the news source that most reinforces their preconceived notions.

Indicting Hillary was not an option given the GOP nominee. Most Americans understand that Donald Trump as prez is unthinkable and therefore Hillary gets a pass this time.
