In order to attack and occupy Alaska....Russia needs boats. And by boats I mean military corvettes, destroyers, Aircraft Carriers, and a LOT of logistical carriers for tanks, APCs, EW, and missile launchers as well as howitzers. 150mm+

Ukraine already destroyed the available Russian navy....it couldn't even take on a tiny, uninhabited island in the Pacific if it wanted to....Russia would have to call Wagner to do it for them.

Not to mention....Alaska isn't Ukraine. The citizens are already armed. It's somewhat of a "go-to" place already for gun enthusiasts and wilderness survival thrill seekers. Lots of hunters who hunt for food regularly.
This is as dumb as trying to take on Idaho. (Another anarchist playground with entire cities of retired police and military... decommissioned military hardware is already in location. (And they know precisely how to recommission it)

I personally think it's hilarious as to how a 3day special military operation bankrupted an entire nation. I mean really....a conscripted Russian soldier has a survival rate of 8-12 days maximum. (No matter where he's from) And somehow Russia expects to survive after this? How many Russian people have died in this senseless failed takeover of another country?

Russia is a shithole run by a corrupted regime. But I couldn't care less about that. What I care about is since 2014, when they annexed Crimea and got to engage in the Donbas war, they only increased the area of occupied lands. And cheap bravado from American patriots can't reverse that.

The ONLY reason that Russia got away with Annexation of Donbass and Crimea (and not really) was that despite the Treaty signed in '98 or '99 by the US and all of NATO they really didn't honor it. Obama really didn't care and Trump was too busy to do anything as well. (Bad advisors...Trump's fault completely for hiring them)

I don't see this remaining an issue for very long. Russia can't afford to continue the war, NATO wants the heat off of themselves for failing to fund their own militaries, and it's become a political issue around the world now.

What the next issue is going to be is Russian Government going bankrupt again. It's going to be yet another cesspool of organized crime again. A bunch of petty tyrants shooting each other in the streets over cigarettes, prostitutes, and vodka. Which then will be exported into the rest of the world. Because a few will realize they are literally fighting to be the king of the world's garbage pile.

How many times will Russia issue a new currency before one is actually accepted and stable.
