The whole thing was dumb because it requires the signature of the Secretary of State which was done with the valid electors NOT the made up second try electors that Trump wanted which means it was a dead effort from start to finish.

Georgia Certified their electors in NOVEMBER 20 2019 thus Trump and his separate slate of electors made up a month later was a total waste of time.
