I've never put a gun purchase on a credit card.....Cash, check, or money order only.

I saw some good deals on LEO trade-in S&W Model 36 handguns the other day but they would not take a check or Money Order.....Hard pass.

Here in the big city, I'd take the subway down to Macarthur Park and walk two blocks. Easy peasy.

For a Python I'd go to Vegas. The gangs only trade in pea shooters.

I bought my Barrett in Indiana some years ago, before they tightened the loopholes. Complete with computer controller. Army surplus, most likely. Paid cash anonymously and loaded up the truck.

Got a Serbu Shorty in Vegas, right next to the local AA club. Practically brand new, in perfect condition.

Now an S-18, that might be a little harder. Don't want to ride around town with a crate of 20mm ammo. Those things are huge, hard to hide. They're around, though - although most people.prefer the pocket size grenade launchers these days.
