More proof that the Illinois GOP is in trouble. The state is operating with a $5 billion deficit and all the GOP candidates can talk about is stme cells and multi-language ballots. They are a week away from the primary and nobody is talking about fixing the deficit. In the words of James Carville, "It's the economy stupid!" Anybody else agree?
