I'm thinking that the Senate would just vote to dismiss any articles of impeachment without a trial.
If Nancy follows thru on her promise to get the impeachment inquiry back on track with a full vote in the House, and a trial happens in the Senate, Roberts won't matter. The dems will be more than 20 votes short of conviction and removal.
