Vancouver only has like 5 drop boxes, most ballots just get mailed.

The boxes are pretty robust- tougher than an ordinary mailbox. I don't know if they all have surveillance cameras, but I know the one at the mall does because it's also the transit station.

In swing states. Unfortunately, major population centers in the US are controlling entire states. The blue shitholes of LA and SF bay area have enough population to control CA, while Portland controls all of OR and Seattle/WA west side control the rest of WA. It will not affect. 3 ballots in PDX, the ballots in WA will be replaced.

The County Auditor in Vancouver is a pretty diligent guy. I had a ballot disappear from my mailbox one year, and the replacement came the day after I called to ask about it. They literally put it in the mail as soon as they hung up the phone.
