Jaime was a never Trumper who was not well liked by the local republicans.

Joe Kent is running for the seat again this year after losing to Perez in 2022.

Kent is pro-Trump and popular with republicans, so of course he is portrayed as a Nazi and a "threat to democracy" by the dems in all the TV spots...

Herrera-Beutler is running for commissioner of public lands in WA this time around. I hope she gets it. She is opposed to the removal of the lower Snake River dams.

None in PDX. Hundreds were destroyed in Vancouver. The county auditor is telling anyone who placed a ballot in the box after 11 p.m. Saturday to check with his office and make sure their ballot has been received.

Burning ballot boxes shows me that the country has started to decay, it's social fabric is coming apart, more and more people adopt beliefs purely on the strength of their appeal and utility rather than truth.

Truth no longer matters, its a free for all system where one picks a belief and runs with it to have fun or to give meaning to their lives.

Destroying ballot boxes will introduce uncertainty and that's what Trump thrives on. The country has failed to live up to its lofty aspirations and a nation of law and order, Trump should have been punished for his assault on the capitol building and attempts top fabricate votes in Georgia, not doing that was a huge mistake and makes the US the laughing stock of the world.

She sucked as a representative. She never advocated for small businesses, was only interested in women's issues. She was a RINO on immigration.

I don't know what qualifies her for the position, I think she would cave to the environmentalists.

Well, no. After all, conservatives have bragged about destroying ballots in liberal areas.

Plus, it's overwhelmingly conservatives who engage in cheating. Conservatives tell their base to cheat (to supposedly counteract liberal cheating), so their base cheats. Liberals always condemn cheating, no exceptions, so their base doesn't cheat.

As is the case every time, moral high ground to the liberals, and eternal hellfire to the conservatives.
