Moana 2 like all sequels was not as good as the first one. Just seem to lack the creativity of the first one. Still an enjoyable movie for kids. They have a female hero who is always rescuing the men. I would wait for it to hit streaming services.
Now for Musfasa it is the story of Musfasa and how he becomes king. It is a tale of lost and betrayal. It has a lot of violence. (now it opens with a flood scene that may have affected my opinion) and it explains scar. It is interesting and we saw it in 3 d, it was worth the extra price to hear the 6 yr old going "whoa" several times when the 3 d kicked in hard...butterflies etc. the story is told by the baboon, with the warthog and meer cat as an audience and of course the ending sets it all up for lion king 3.
