good news, but he knows he has an out, it will be her religion that he will vote no to.Of course, knowing Romney's history, he might only be saying voting 'NO' so he will be the center of attention when he tries to screw Trump and America....hope that s not the case.

A guy who was screwed out of a chance to run for President because he is a Mormon screwing over a USSC Justice candidate because she is Catholic? That would be a new low, even for Romney.good news, but he knows he has an out, it will be her religion that he will vote no to.

There is no reason why Romney wouldn't be in favor of it. He's not anti-conservative. He just doesn't like Trump

somewhere along the line, this all got confusing. near as i can tell is when biden said a "lame duck president cannot appoint a SCOTUS"
the mcconnell said fine. we won't vote it on and put the idea to practice. now, like a birth certificate, things that have zero basis in law or legal requirements or precedent are suddenly tearing us apart. the left has a legitimate reason to be pissed, however. while biden "said" it, they didn't get a chance to "do it". but once these "reindeer" games start, they become a free for all.
so now we have the democrats saying we divide up california to get them more D seats in the senate. but is there a guarantee they can "gerrymander" their own state to that degree to make that happen? could california even MAKE that happen if the people didn't want it?
are we so entrenched in fictitious rules of government that we're going to tear ourselves up for standards that simply do not legally exist in how a SCOTUS gets appointed? both sides continue in a "hold my beer" fashion. it seems to me the cards are falling in place for the (R) to have control right now. and RIGHT NOW i can see why that sucks for the D's. but the D's are simply NOT helping themselves with their 3rd grade rebellion against trump.
they are not helping themselves by redefining words and meanings to support their emotions but fall short in reality. people look the other way a lot or just nod and go "uh huh" because how do you respond to TRUMP IS A NAZI when people who actually know the meaning of the word, know better.
"Your Hate Does Not a Fascist Make". sorry. it just doesn't. telling people what to do and how to live their lives OR ELSE, well that's a lot closer to the meaning of the word they keep trying to change.

and now we're back to this. there is no law saying trump cannot do this. there was no law saying the R's could not NOT vote on garland. (shitty but fix the process, not blow it up) but in the long run, these are part of our checks and balances the left is wanting to abolish with yet nothing there to take its place. maybe because it would undermine the "we're not rebelling" mantra and also maybe because they have nothing but TRUMP SUCKS.
so we burn it down when we don't get our way.
this is going to be the most violent election period in our history, quite likely.

Hell I remember when Kennedy was running for President. Many didn't want to vote for him because he was Catholic and they thought if he were elected the Vatican would be running the US.
