businesses will often close on tues and open on the weekends so their workers can have a day to run errands or doctor visits, etc.

Jews or jewish own business will always be closed saturdays unless they have non-jewish workers, especially orthodox businesses. Even farms owned by orthodox will have someone who is not jewish come to care for the animals, especially those who need milking.

Religion should teach self control and responsibility for your own actions, not require it to be forced on you and everyone, including those who don't share their faith.

There is no prohibition for muslims to work, shop or anything on fridays, just that they pray

Muslims can pray any place, but if they pray in a place like a mall, it should be with permission, permit to assemble. Let them pray in the parking lot or some other place......just so they don't block traffic or interfere with other businesses

I would hope they don't wash their feet in the fountains

Now, offering TB test outside the mall and giving them masks and gloves would be a better idea
Vaccines for TB, polio, measles, hepatitis and leishmaniasis for those who have not had might be another good idea
