Minnesota assassin will be charged with first degree murder

It's called education and real world experience not ghetto playground balling.

It appears this guy is a patsy being setup by deep state who want to send a message to all DEM, don’t go against orders. Don't stray. I understand why you dont get it yet.

You are just another MAGAT.

Just wait stupid. All's it takes is $1 million. Diddy has that. Why did Trump pardon the Chrisley couple? Duh. You ******* idiot.
Why did Biden commute or pardon the most, by far, criminals in the history of American Presidents?

You're stupid, go away.

Yep. Maga thinks a Trump voter who shot democrats with a kill list of democrats who was anti-abortion and anti-LGBT is a staunch democrat.
More like house cleaning for the dying beast called the DNC.

I think that what was done to the J6 defendants was unprecedented and most of them deserved pardons.
January 6th was unprecedented, so of course their prosecution was unprecedented.

That doesn’t mean it was wrong. Why would they deserve pardons?

Why would they deserve pardons?
Because they were overcharged, treated extremely poorly because of their politics and this is America where political revenge using the law is illegal.

How can you say they were “overcharged”? Their crimes were unprecedented and there’s nothing to compare them to.

MAGA-nation should all be indicted as a co-conspirator.

Oh good, we can put you all in jail for the nutcase who shot up the Congressional softball game, and that trans girl who shot up the Christian private school.

Gosh, that was easy.

How can you say they were “overcharged”?
Why don't you look up what the Supremes had to say. Gawd, leftists are so uninformed.

Democrats love law fare.

The Supreme Court on Friday threw out the charges against a former Pennsylvania police officer who entered the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021, attacks. By a vote of 6-3, the justices ruled that the law that Joseph Fischer was charged with violating, which bars obstruction of an official proceeding, applies only to evidence tampering, such as destruction of records or documents, in official proceedings.

Friday’s ruling could affect charges against more than 300 other Jan. 6 defendants. The same law is also at the center of two of the four charges brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith against former President Donald Trump in Washington, D.C.

Why don't you look up what the Supremes had to say. Gawd, leftists are so uninformed.

So why do they need pardons if SCOTUS already addressed the “overcharging” issue?

What happened to all the people that served their time after democrats imprisoned them by overcharging them? Why should they have a record for democrats' use of law fare?

I can see your point that a pardon for that particular offense would be reasonable, but that’s not what Trump did.

Is that your only argument?

No, I have plenty to say about how the J6 defendants were treated unfairly and chased down in unprecedented ways by democrats out for revenge and political theater. It was law fare, just as democrats used against Trump.

Democrats have no respect for the law when it comes to their own behavior.

But not right now. Got to go pick up my dog from the vet.

You can find ample evidence to suggest Republicans don’t respect the law too. These anecdotes don’t really prove much. A big difference is that Republicans have a tendency to make excuses for their own lawlessness, complaining about “unfair” prosecutions and engaging in whataboutism.

If MAGA. people should be indicted as co-conspirators as one has suggested then the anti Trump anti MAGA people should be indicted as co-conspirators in the two assassination attempts on Trump. Now the only people responsible for their actions are the three shooters but if one wants to play the let’s blame this group for someone’s else’s actions just realize how easy that can be turned right back on you.

And Trump will pardon him his last day in office.

Like with Louigi, Trump needs to send a message to Republicans who would murder a Democratic politician. You will get the death penalty.

RIGHT? I mean NY doesn't have the death penalty but Trump's seeking it. Seek it for this guy too. Don't give him a pardon.
He isn't charged federally, dipshit.

Luigi is charged federally, and we have a death penalty on the federal level.

Trump's assassins were all right wingers. Not my fault. That is also Maga's.
Trump assassins were AcTblue donors and this guy was both Senator Dayton and Tampon Timmy's political appointee

One common them that runs though the dem party, is their embrace of assassination culture
