Minneapolis mayor - "we have these assault rifles that can reel off 30 clips in conjunction with a magazine "

These gun grabbers are as ignorant as they are evil. All they know about guns is that an armed citizenry makes it impossible for democrats to destroy america.

I didn't know my semi-auto Ruger .22 long rifle magazine held 'clips.' This guy is a glittering idiot.

What justifies the possession of such a weapon by a civilian in the USA? Seems to me a bit over the
top for duck hunting or even Bear Hunting
We let loons like you have cars that do 200 mph. How do you justify that.?

If the left really wanted to save lives, they would insist cars be designed with a max of 50 mph. Would save at least 5,000 lives every year.

I shoot (and fairly often) because I enjoy it and to keep up my skills as an expert marksman with whatever arms I own, and because you just never know if it will be an important life saving skill.
Got that right. The economy will collapse someday and hunting skills will be a life-saver.

All you need to know to understand the stupidity of democrats is that they believe pit bulls require human input to become aggressive and attack and that guns have instincts and impulses that make them fire on their own.

That's not their purpose, nor the intent of the 2nd amendment. Its purpose was to ensure that the civilian population could defend itself from an illegitimate government. Thus they ensured we could be just as well armed as the government.

Be careful with your criticisms. HISTORICALLY disarming people was THE WAY
TO GO with a conquered people. Remember GREECE? Back in the day SPARTA
had a conquered people that they assigned to a kind of WORKER CASTE to wit, the
HELOTS----in order to control them they DISARMED THEM----ie no knives or swords
or robinhood arrows. ---ok that's long ago----?3000 years ago? BUT disarming
has an interesting history. Adolf did not invent it in 1933. It was actually part of
CANON LAW---to wit, the law of the HOLY (moley) ROMAN EMPIRE that non-
christians were DISARMED-----and guess who liked the idea---In shariah law---non-
muslims are disarmed. So that is the history of DISARMING----it has nothing to
do with GUN CONTROL in our SHOOT'em UP IN SCHOOL society. Don't conflate
these entirely separate situations
Wrong. The laws disarming the populace were a product of the Weimar Republic that sought to protect itself from the communists and other agitators who were trying to overthrow the country.

Hitler merely used the laws he was given.

What I can't understand is the Federal Government taking over states by armed force and all the 2nd Amendmenters have never heard of the security of a free state against a tyrannical government depending on a well regulated militia.

No one would ever have suspected such a thing happening.
Just the people that own AR type rifles, outnumber ALL the armies of the world...combined.

Don't **** around, or you will find out.

I quit hunting, when I was in my mid 30s, preferring to buy my meat at Kroger, without having to field dress and or clean, before cooking . I shoot (and fairly often) because I enjoy it and to keep up my skills as an expert marksman with whatever arms I own, and because you just never know if it will be an important life saving skill. I keep a variety of ammo, mostly m855 standard green tip, but also have a small supply of black tip armor penetrating as some red tip tracer rounds. The last two don't get fired much, as the outdoor range I use doesn't like the armor piercing due to target damage, and I don't do night fire. Good accurate, smooth, quick shooting, at different range distance and firing position, once trained is about muscle memory and to remain good, requires practice as it is a perishable skill, especially with age.

Is there a skill you are good at, that you wish to remain good at? Shooting might be the sport for you.;)
M855 is semi armor piercing, just so you know.

I hated hunting with companions who had semis and stopped going with anyone who had one, only going with those who didn't have to walk around with a cocked weapon on a loaded chamber.

Lol.

For when the feds invade one's state and militarises it?
We know exactly what the 2As do when the Constitution is in peril, we've seen the movie...

Chump has fucked around and he's found out, as has everyone.

MAGAts talk the constitution, MAGAts don't walk the Constitution.
Screeches the asshat that wanted lockdowns, and vax passports.

Your fascism is showing, simp....

And zero excess deaths. Which I got.

How about the best prepared for a pandemic country in the world, how did that do on the excess death scale?

Never mind, you can rub it briskly with freedumb.

That's easy.

Fascists were the people who confiscated guns from citizens in 1930's Germany.
That’s all? Read your history. They also threw people in concentration camps, called critics traitors and ignored crimes by their supporters, all things Trump has done.

Yes but-----these assault rifles have been involved in so many SHOOT UPS. I see legalization of
automatic weapons with those MAGAZINES of bullets something like "scheduled drugs" Some
people play with drugs "recreationally" without harm----but the fact is that there is a HUGE
amount of harm -----from the self inflicted damage to the "user" to organized crime----THUS
drugs have to be CONTROLLED by law

try again WHO gave Hitler the laws of disarming jews?

good idea-----no one should drive at 200 mph
