What dimocrap scum don't realize, partly because they're ******* stupid but mostly because they're scum is.......
When SCOTUS struck down Trump using the National Guard to protect ICE and for other reasons, they (SCOTUS) made mention that he could always use the Insurrection Act if he so desired.
Up to now, he hasn't. But now, because dimocraps are scum (ALL of them, ESPECIALLY the voters) he has an excuse.
And these won't be the National Guard Types--- Your neighbor, the Mechanic, the Farmer, the Pest Control guy..... These will be Professional Bad Asses that don't like dimocrap scum in the first place.
And when they go in... All bets are off. **** with Federal Troops and you will regret it.

As much as I didn't, and still don't, like it. It was a correct ruling based on current Law. But some Justices did leave open Trump's right as Commander in Chief to declare an Insurrection and send in Federal Troops.
I'm thinking -- By Mid July, maybe August. dimocrap FILTH will organize a bought-and-paid-for rent-a-riot against ICE somewhere and Trump will declare an Insurrection and send in Federal Troops. I'm thinking the 82nd Airborne.
The Insurrection Act remained in force following the legal termination of the Reconstruction era in 1877. Because the result of the presidential election of 1876 hinged on disputed returns from three Southern states (South Carolina, Louisiana, and Florida), the Republican candidate, Rutherford B. Hayes, agreed to a deal with moderate Southern Democrats (no such thing, ALL dimocraps are scum) in which his electoral victory would be secured in exchange for the withdrawal of federal troops from Southern states still under military occupation. Hayes was declared the winner in March 1877, and in the next year he fulfilled his promise by signing into law the Posse Comitatus Act, which prohibits the use of the U.S. military for law enforcement except in circumstances “expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress.” The Insurrection Act thus became a significant exception to the Posse Comitatus Act.
