The State election officials ran their elections, according to the last court ruling, prior to the election.

The citizens were told by their government and the courts, that voting absentee ballot was okay and legal. Citizens voted in that manner.

You can't change what you told the citizens was a legal way to vote, to then claim is an illegal way, AFTER THEY ALREADY VOTED.
