Yup, brave speaker mike johnson is hiding from the congressional Hispanic congress. Even using the capitol police to keep them away.

That right, this is what we have fallen to. The supposed leader of the lower house of congress hiding from it's members.

Were they asking him to detain them? Detain them hard?

That Johnson’s a coward comes as no surprise – like most others on the right.

And Johnson knows that what was done to Senator Padilla was unwarranted, reprehensible, and wrong – that there was nothing he could say to ‘justify’ what took place.

Should all of the politicians at Capitol Hill wear side arms? Perhaps that would help things along.

On Sunday, Fox NewsPeter Doocy asked Johnson if Santos would be welcomed back. “Well, of course,” Johnson replied, unequivocally. “I mean, that’s our system. If the people duly elect a representative, then we will welcome them into the body. That would be the job of a speaker.”

It also prompted critics to point out how Johnson has so far refused to seat Rep.-elect Adelita Grijalva (D-Ariz.) over, Democrats allege, her support for a measure that could move toward the release of files related to the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein
