But the good thing that came out of this is that crime in the NY Subway is getting a platform and publicity now. Millions of tourists are learning exactly the lesson that Mr. Klotz should have known before jumping the turnstile and entering the NY subway in the middle of the night.

Sounds to me like the guy had a few too many doses of liquid courage while watching the game at the bar, thought he was a badass, and then belligerently accosted some people on the subway and therefore got his ass kicked.

If you get drunk and pick a fight with a bunch of total strangers, even if they are just teens, you're probably going to get your ass kicked for 2 main reasons.

1) You're drunk.

2) You're severely outnumbered.
