Long story short, the 34 felony counts won't survive appeal. Bragg resurrected an expired bookkeeping misdemeanor and called it a felony because it covered up another crime, related to the Federal election. One problem with that is that the head of the FEC said that there was no crime. So judge Merchan didn't let him testify. Here is a good summary of the appeal points that will kill those 34 felonies.
