I don't argue with obviously ignorant people, I see you didn't refute having a lack of experience with medicare. I've dealt with them for more than 2 decades on my parents and in-laws behalf. It's not all sunshine and roses. They forced my mom out of a hospital and into a rehab center, she died the next day because she wasn't healthy enough for the move and no one was monitoring her. You don't need death panels when you have medicare regs.
