You are incorrect if you believe that Judge Sotomayor was selected by the Republican President.

Under an even-handed arrangement the selections were made alternately by the Republican and Democrat Senators of New York:

"In 1992, she was selected by Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, Democrat of New York, to be a federal district judge as part of a deal on judicial nominations with President George H.W. Bush. In 1998, President Bill Clinton elevated her to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York. "

No... it's what is called radical leftist disinformation. It demonstrates the reality that Sotomayor is not playing well with CONSTITUENTS; so the media lies about the Leftist to make her seem more acceptable.

What is noteworthy about this, is that the media does not distort her record to make her seem more LEFTIST... now I wonder why that is?
