Now that he's laid out a plan to try to get back to normal the media narrative that he didn't act quick enough will change to Trump endangers lives with plan to reopen.

The only question is will the public at large fall for the democrat propaganda or will they recognize that it is only a suggested guideline that individual governors will have to navigate?
