Any history class in the United States that uses the Bible would also be required to teach about the Quran, Torah, Veda, etc.
No
I know that's the go to talking point
But it is just a talking point
It bears no relationship to the real world.
It's okay for Marxist Democrats to push their LBGTQ+Pedo/Baby Murder agenda, but God forbid anyone push a more family friendly one. Why does morality bother you so much? They are getting ready to fire the teachers in favor of "religious scholars".
One step closer to the republican's dream of bringing the handmaid's tail to real life.

Republican Senator Worried About Atheist Teachers Reading Bible to Students, Wants to Replace Them with Religious Scholars
Republican Sen. Markwayne Mullin, from Oklahoma, expressed concern about teachers who "may not be believers" themselves teaching the Bible in the state's public schools.www.latintimes.com
The freaks have no problem with this lunatic grooming kids:DAMN! I was hoping they would hire more child rapists who groom children by confusing them about gender!

Hell no. The laws and Constitution of this country were not based on the Quran, Torah, Veda, etc. They were based on Judaeo-Christian values.
And yet it is. It's why the school systems are telling the creeps to bugger off.
Links; documentation; or reliable sources please. Nonsensical claims from the loony left simply don't suffice. The laws based upon Christian values were previously parts of other belief systems. If you are going to teach "history" that would all be a part of it.

I didn't think you had anything for us. Get back under that rock and stop wasting everyone's time.Take a history class. You call me "loony left" but I am a Christian. Guys like this make Christians look bad.
It is already mandated.
Why is that escaping you?

You need to read a book for once. This is one of the creepiest things I've ever read out of an elected official.
On Thanksgiving no less. This is what those who came here, fled from.
You need to read a book for once.
They came here to get away from religious persecution.
You fail to address the fact that the vast majority of America's Founding Fathers were Christians. The two most notable Founders that weren't literal Christians were still deists who had respect for the Christian religion and even helped usher the Christian faith into the halls of Congress as well as the public schools. The commandments remain central to the Abrahamic faiths of western tradition, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
Ten Commandments
There is a start for you.
Oh how horrifying that Christians read the bible in school. He expressed that he wants his children to learn about the Bible in school, but that someone who also learned about and practices the Bible should be the instructor.
The Old Testament had little to do with Christianity. You fail to address the fact that the vast majority of America's Founding Fathers were Christians. If you knew anything about Christianity, you would know that the Old Testament Law made up a small portion of the Christian religion and that greater emphasis was placed on the New Testament and the actions & words of Jesus Christ.
