The two most notable Founders that weren't literal Christians were still deists who had respect for the Christian religion and even helped usher the Christian faith into the halls of Congress as well as the public schools.

If you knew anything about Christianity, you would know that the Old Testament Law made up a small portion of the Christian religion and that greater emphasis was placed on the New Testament and the actions & words of Jesus Christ.
