Edit: Can someone fix the title? Big hands little phone and moving too fast. Thank you

McM is a local guy who is stealing half of the GOP ticket and a third of the total vote.

There is also a pro-Hillary movement in this previously solid red state -- the most red of them all.

This does not bode well for Trump. If he cannot carry the #1 most solid GOP red state, then this election in November will probably be 1972 all over like for McGovern -- who was an unelectable wacko from the far left by contrast. Today Trump is the wacko who hijacked the GOP and the far right.

The only hope for the GOP and for divided government will be for Ryan or Mitchell to hold onto either the Senate or House. But it looks like Hillary will take over the Senate as well with her VP casting the tiebreaking vote there.

Those are all just projections of course, but like Thayer's "Casey at the Bat," the outlook is not brilliant for the GOP these days.

I could say the same about Johnson.

McMullin is a conservative running independent. He is on the ballot or certified as a write in almost all the states.

The fact that he is doing so well in Utah is huge. Especially if he wins and neither get 270. If Johnson pulls off new Mexico that could happen. That would put the race into the house with each state delegation getting one vote for the top three in EVs. Between Trump, Hillary and Evan.

Hillary won't win that since the Republicans control the house that essentially shuts Hillary out. So the question becomes will the House lead by Paul Ryan, who Trump has been waging war on the last few days give Trump the presidency and put up with four more years of his bs. Or will Trump have burnt his bridges by then and the house give the election to McMullin, who they know who and who isn't as costly to them as Trump.

And before any of you assume that can't happen keep in mind, that those who lose seats because of Trump are going to be seriously pissed at him.

I've heard from some in Utah who were voting libertarian they are going to switch over to McMullin since he has a chance to win now.

And this is still with half the state unaware of who Evan is

I don't think Trump can win if he loses Utah to McMullin. It might be enough to send this to the House
