First of all, the nipple (when shaped like that) is on the skin layer. There is no skin around it. Nor is there any mark where the skin has been cut away.

Second, there is no meat in a breast at the nipple. It is full of a lot of things, but not the lean meat you see in the pic.

The pic shows a piece of fat curled from frying. Look closely and you can even see the edge.

More than likely, it's just a mark left by the production machine that was pulling it through the processing plant.

If you look at the pics closely, you will see it is just the edge of the bacon as it bends.
