McConnell is a douche bag, and if it happens he has only himself to blame. He hated Trump from the start, tried to help Dems take him down, and acted as a roadblock for the President's agenda early on. He is a gutless coward who does not want to do anything that may offend anyone and possibly cost him his job.

The Democrats, however, have been their own worst nightmare - the sticks they threw at the President turned out to be BOOMERANGS, and they have not yet been able to stop the resulting bleeding from the self-inflicted wound of having the BOOMEANGS unexpectedly return on them.

Obstruction, Sedition, Perjury, hiding evidence, creating false crimes, election fraud, election rigging, debate cheating, hiding Russian crimes, hacking, interference, taking bribes, endangering national security, etc....the evidence of crimes perpetrated by the Left is piling up as they continue to scramble to find any shred of evidence against the President. Opposing the tax law that just passed is a reminder to Americans how the Democrats publicly declared they were 100% committed to OBSTRUCTING / preventing the GOP, President, and country from having any success while Trump is President - another self-inflicted kick to the crotch.

IF they actually stop the bleeding, stop obstructing, and stop putting their party above what is best for the nation they then have to find political candidates who are not sexual pervs, not scandalous politicians, and not (KNOWN - 'They all knew...') criminals to run as candidates...before trying to convince Americans they have changed and are no longer the seditious, nation-undermining POSes they have been.
