Of course, States have the constitutional authority to impose public health mandates. This authority is deeply rooted in American law and has been repeatedly upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court, though it must be balanced against individual civil liberties. States can allow or disallow local municipalities to do the same as well.

We saw how out of control democrats got with their out of bounds covid mandates after so many were declared by courts to be unconstituitional.

Fact: the earth contains a finite amount of hydrocarbons so it seems likely we'll have to find alternate energy sources at some point in the future. When that happens, do we want to find the Chinese have cornered the market on solar cells, EVs, and wind power? Oh wait, that is already the case.

I don't believe poor Americans should be forced to pay exorbitant costs for the new green energy cars, utilities, and appliances.

Sadly, more Americans died from covid under Biden after the vaccine came out than died under Trump.

In reality the peak of covid deaths was a few weeks after the public release of the "Killer" Vaccine and a few weeks before Biden took office.

not really, because Climate change was always used to garner campaign finance and kickback schemes, so it was a political sales tactic where you offer a feature and benefit that seperates you from the competition that don't feature it.

You are right but only because the right denies science did it become political.

Covid claims was so off base of science that it too was for political scheming and not science, example masks which were like trying to stop a gnat with a chain link fence.

It was the consensus of the medical professionals at the time.

The claim that getting the shot would prevent those around you from getting covid was laughable and used to trick and give vaccinations to the safe age range that weren't at risk for themselves.
