For those that don't know, Guavaween is a night-time parade/festival that happens the last Saturday
of every October in Ybor City. It features the "Mama Guava stumble parade" and lots of inebriated revelry.
Guavaween is not a kiddie's night out, often the costumes are pretty raunchy.

Here's something I know: They have surveillance cams all over Ybor City, especially on 7th
which is the strip there; The suspects will be caught.

In a press conference Sunday afternoon, Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw said the suspect in a shooting in Ybor City early Sunday morning has been charged with second-degree murder.
