Just for the hell of it, I would like to address the "broken families" claims of the Media - the way they seem to have decided to fight Trump's mass deportations gambit.

Imagine a married couple who jump the border while the Mrs. is pregnant. She pops her child, who is now a U.S. citizen, unlike his parents.

Ten years later, the Feds catch up with the parents and threaten to deport them. The Media will report that the Feds are "tearing this family apart!"

But this is nonsense. If they elect to leave their child as they go home, that is THEIR decision, not the Government's. Indeed, that U.S. citizen/child should manifestly return to the home of his parents and ancestors. Vaya con Dios.
