On the other hand, the DACA kids have registered and made themselves easy to find.

Almost all of those I mentioned are Known and many are either incarcerated or will be under arrest , or caught for other reasons

Yeah, you can tell yourself that.

But here's the reality. Why do you think that these undocumented immigrants who commit petty crimes aren't deported?

Because the immigration courts are backed up to the nines. Because ICE doesn't have places to hold all these people, and local jails simply don't want the unfunded mandate of holding people they would otherwise let go until ICE get around to them.
