When it comes to Hoi Poloy people....
Between 2-3% are always going to be criminal elements. Another 5-10% will do dumb stuff just because "everyone else was doing it".

When it comes time for illegal immigrants the numbers are MUCH higher. Because if they could do it legally they would. But usually they are wanted by authorities in their home country for rape, murder, drugs, assault, theft and etc.

They claim asylum....they get a hearing in a few years and get denied, get an appeal a few years later and get denied....but by this point they find someone to marry or a president offers all illegals amnesty and citizenship for political reasons and all is good.

And then we have a bunch of degenerates as citizens.
