The blue areas have people leaving them. They have left the highest tax areas and moved to other states and changed them blue and created high taxes in the urban cities. Levin is hyper-conservative. He is a pure constitutional conservative. He does not give a crap about political parties. He supports the GOP because its the closet thing we have to a viable constitutional party. Democrats are ati-American Marxists so only the vermin and scum of the country vote for them. In his book Levin makes it clear that "American Marxism" is a new strain of Marxism, not quite the same as Soviet Marxism. Its important to read the book.
