Mark Kelly to face military tribunal. Nuremberg 2.0 is beginning.

Could they be demoted and their retirement hurt. Again a question not a criticism.
Not unless found guilty of breaking military regulation. That won't happen, as they would have to indict every military classroom instructor on the subject, in all branches, active, reserve or retired. Not happening.

Kelly may need a very good attorney to represent him with the military.

He sure is an ugly MOFO.

Another 'Orange Man Bad!' post from the lying left.

Except that I'm not on the left, and to me it's not even about Trump. You seem to have missed the entire point of that meme, but if it has to be explained, then never mind. Just more binary thinking, which I see around here like 1000 times a day.

Get the regulations changed, and maybe it will work for the future, to the benefit of whatever fascist regime is in charge then. But, with the regulations in place, now, it won't win, simply because Donny and MAGA got their feelings hurt when somebody said out loud what is spelled out in regs, and military people prosecuted for issuing or following an illegal order. So, it can change (whether it should or not), but even if it does, it cannot be applied retroactive to before the new reg written. Sorry. I guess you will simply need lots of beer to go with the popcorn, while you watch this attempt go down. Maybe the beer might make you feel better.

Such flagrant malfeasance cannot be tolerated in any ordered society. From little up we are taught that if you disagree with official policy of your employer (and Kelly WORKS for the US federal government), that you take it private for the good of the service, you don't smear it hoping to cause turmoil and discord.

The video these six made was clearly incendiary in its intent, the very thing they based Trump's 2nd impeachment on, because they (wrongly) claimed that Trump sent the J6 crowd down to the capitol to start a riot. Their argument was that TRUMP SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER that such a thing might get out of hand.

But instead, we are faced with people making excuses for this sad, vile, treasonous behavior, in a place (here) where they stress the importance of if you disagree with anything our own moderation does, that we are supposed to take it private and not smear it all over the airwaves for all to read.

Amazing that the very same people are trying to rationalize a former NASA astronaut and standing senator from publicly bashing his own employer with unnamed charges he cannot even point a single occurrence to, with the clear intent of damaging Trump's image and ability to operate up to seeding a revolt from with our military ranks.

The time to fix a disaster like this, like altering the course of an asteroid, is BEFORE things get very far out of hand, not when the thing is looming 500 miles above the Earth. Our military will be making a grave mistake if they do not THROW THE BOOK at this bum Kelly and drum him out of all government positions and benefits, for what he TRIED to do and the WAY he did it, when his discontent should have been handled privately and professionally.

I mean, the bum cannot even point to a SINGLE THING as the basis for his making that disgraceful, seditious video.

Why was it so important to regurgitate regulations to troops already familiar with the regulations? Seems more like an insult to them, not to mention our President. Kelly should have known better.

What they did is no different than if a bunch of lawyers made an ad telling people that get arrested, they had the right to remain silent, they had the right to legal representation, and the right to a phone call.

This is pure anarchy. Throwing a monkey wrench into police doing their job. Making it much harder to beat confessions out of people.

Why is it necessary to constantly remind people of both their rights and obligations.

When you have an administration determined to break the law, it's important that people be constantly reminded of the law.
