When you've said that Omar, a sitting congresswoman, needs to be deported immediately, you weren't kidding, you weren't making a joke, you were serious and everyone understands that.

When you said that she would be convicted in matter of hours, that wasn't a joke, even if maybe hyperbole. Meaning being that she would be convicted quickly enough to deport her immediately.
