Not sure why the female employee holding the door didn't tell the man yelling at the dad to leave? For those asking about a cut off age for a dad to accompany his little girls in a women's restroom, I'd say when they're tall enough to reach a sink to wash their hands.

What about the mental state and vulnerability and where the bathroom is.

You'd say? There may be dad's who need to go in for other reasons with their kids even their tall kids who can reach the handle. They want to make sure they do a good job washing their hands. Or they just want to go in to make sure it's safe. Even if the kid is tall and 17.

I don't like the message that is now being sent. It's always being drilled into our heads that we are supposed to say something whenever we see something. Well, if getting fired from our jobs is now a possibility when we speak up concerning something that we fall witness to, people are not going to say anything anymore. In other words, we are all screwed in one way if not another.
