There are LOTS of trash trucks on that road...US6 is the most-direct route from the Providence area to the landfill.

Probably never occurred to him that he was delivering the car he was driving there.

Sure they can. Of course they can. I know people who do. In fact, I know white Americans, that are illiterate, and unskilled... and they help the country. They work.
