I care enough that while I want this guy to blow up in their faces, I also don't want to just give NYC away and let them overrun it and take it over.

And NYS carries a lot of weight in elections and the last thing I want is for NY to lean any further blue. In fact, what would be ideal is for enough of them to realize their mistake and stop voting just for democrats.

As you can tell, NYC is being targeted for a take over, and the first nail has been driven. Let's see if the people just lay down and give up their beautiful city.

Secondly, no, this isn't to promote efficiency. Order, yes. Efficiency, no. Efficiency is evil. It leads to the overconsumption of earth's natural resources. I am fine with long lines at the gas station if it slows everything down. Fewer trees cut. Less corn harvested. Less corn syrup = fewer obese people. Less corn = less veggie gasoline. Less corn-sweat.
