In addition to Mamdani cutting his nose to spite his face in giving Griffin incentives to pull out of NYC, Mamdani is the typical socialist that can’t resist class warfare by showing up at the residence of a private citizen to demonize him for his wealth.

/—-/ He’s outta here…

Conservatives have said for hundreds of years that rich people will be leaving cities any day now. Conservatives also think people like Ken Griffin, who wields an unholy amount of power completely incomprehensible to the MAGA rabble, are victims who need more rights and protections (such as protection from global child sex trafficking allegations).

……are victims who need more rights and protections (such as protection from global child sex trafficking allegations).
Says the side that voted for the ticket that could not find 300,000 children let into the US illegally after they were released to unvetted sponsors. Where is your concern for protecting these children?

I've seen and heard enough. First that idiot woman who is mayor somewhere out in Oregon, and now Mamdani, both thumbing their nose at the rich and scoffing at their threats of leaving their states, all the while saying how they need them and intend to force them to subsidize millions of regular everyday people so they can live better off their hard work.

That is Socialism.

Good Luck Democrats. Socialism will be popular for a while with a certain fraction of society until they see more of it and begin to grasp that it isn't all cherries and roses for all for very long.

Mamdani says over and over that he ran as a socialist, and he is going to govern as a socialist.

He is definitely keeping his promises.

He is a smooth talker. What he says doesn’t matter to people that are not listening to the actual substance of his speeches. Unfortunately, a lot of low info voters fall for this type of politician.
/----/ He knows to talk fast. It makes him seem smart. His supporters latch on to the buzz words - FREE THIS, FREE THAT and ignore reality.

Mamdani and his family are not billionaires but they are 1 percenters. What are they paying above and beyond? Genvironment. Further, a government that is not spending fiscally responsible is not entitled to other people’s wealth.

Mamdani doesn't earn close to a one percent income:

GoogleAI Overview:

"Based on 2025–2026 data, you need an annual income of approximately $700,000 to over $800,000 to reach the top 1% of earners in the United States, with some estimates putting the national average at around $731,492 to $819,32"

Billionaires who "earn" their fortunes by bribing corrupt political hacks like Clinton and Trump for favorable tax and trade policies have no moral right to their wealth.

Look at you parroting a bullshit number completely fabricated by famous pedophile Donald Trump, who has caged, murdered, and raped children and is currently engaged in at least 2 of those activities. You have voted your entire life to murder children around the world and use your vote to protect pedophiles. GFY :fu:

Mamdani is no billionaire but his net worth is between $2M and $3M.

Not according to this source:

GoogleAI Overview:

"As of May 2026, Zohran Mamdani, the current Mayor of New York City (assumed office Jan 1, 2026), has a net worth estimated at approximately $200,000. [1, 2, 3]
  • "Primary Assets: His net worth is largely tied to 4 acres of undeveloped land in Jinja, Uganda, which is valued between $150,000 and $250,000.
  • Bank Account: Reports from November 2025 indicated he had less than $2,000 in personal bank accounts, despite his salary as a state assembly member."

Ken Griffin says New York ‘doesn’t welcome success’ under Mamdani

Billionaire Ken Griffin on Tuesday amplified his criticisms of New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani and suggested his investing firm Citadel would “double down” on Miami’s being the place for growth instead of Manhattan.“Mamdani is making it really clear: New York doesn’t welcome success,” Griffin, the founder and chief executive officer of Citadel, said at the Milken Institute Global Conference in Beverly Hills, Calif.
