1 1/2 oz Malibu rum (coconut rum)
1 oz tequila
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz triple sec (orange liqueur)
Ice cubes

I tried a job as a bartender after I retired.... It was easy and I met a lot of people but the late nights and the fact I couldn't even have a cold beer was enough for me... But I made up all kinds of drinks after hours and shared them with the restaurant staff... some where good some were horrible... lol
Not sure how I made it home some nights so I quit...

Its the pineapple I worry about it has a ton of sugar in it... I like Tequila triple sec and lime and lots of crushed ice shaken... and a salted rim...

it is pretty sweet depending on how much pineapple juice you use.

Made this last night with Toasted Coconut Rum and OJ in place of the pineapple juice.

It was one of the best drinks I have ever had!

Otherwise is a Horsefeather with some BiB Evan Williams before bed.

I was really into beer for about a decade and now I have lost all interest in beer.

I am really into rum right now.

I have not had bourbon in years, that might be worth a try though.
