Making noodles

Use non GMO ingredients.
It's still refined flour, which truly is just like eating sugar, but meh for noodles once a year.
Have you ever tried making them of whole wheat flour. I'm not supposed to eat white flour so I'm curious as to how they'd come out.

In other news, I am trying to quit refined stuff altogether, which means I'll eventually be noodle..and sugar.... free. Rather depressing.
Not depressing at all. You will notice great improvements in your body...more energy, sleep better, eat less, no more blood sugar swings and hunger pains, etc.

Dump all grains and sugar...with exceptions maybe once a month.
Sigh.
Not the right attitude.

If you stop all sugar and grains, you will find after about 2-4 weeks your body feeling much better. I did it years ago and was hooked. I have no regrets and do not crave grains or sugar.
