Nope. It's the people who use the tools that are the problem. We have more violent third world people living in our country than exist in all of Europe, by orders of magnitude.
They are the ones committing the vast amount of crime in this country. Send them back home and our violent crime rate plummets.

The shooter? Was a man sent to prison for trying to join isis.....a convicted criminal who got a gun, even with the gun control laws of Austria.......Likely on a terrorist watch list too...
