The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
The Federal Government has no control over State Elections. This was a clear case of Sleepy Donnie attempting to over reach his power. Remember MAGA MAGGOTs, 47 Votes By Mail. If it is good enough him, it good enough for the rest of the country.
