Democrats challenge postmaster general on legality of USPS monitoring mail-in ballots

And they sued the PMG because the inspectors report to the PMG. I'm not sure the point you are trying to make.
the posts made it seem like the PMG handles fraud....he knows about the great majority of it after the fact.....

thats not what i mean....who in each PO will be told that they have to make sure those ballets are pulled?...

Got it. I assume it would be computerized.

Realise we are talking about ballots not being delivered from initial mailing. The election office prepares outgoing mail-in ballot packages to send out. It's those large batch packages picked up from a central point that would never be delivered.

If the outgoing mail from the election office is never delivered there would not be individual ballot to return.

correct. For example, the state is trying to mail a ballot to someone that's dead, or someone that's moved to another state, those ballots would not be delivered.

the people who get the ballots ready for mailing should be the ones who pull the "bad" ballots...not the PO...

the carrier would not deliver those anyway he would fwd the move and mark deceased on the dead guy and send it back.....

How does the USPS know that Mrs. Brown kicked the bucket or moved?
your letter carrier if he has been on the same route for a while he knows more about your neighbors then you do...we know if a person moves if they put a change of address in....and in the case of the dead guy if we know we mark deceased and send it back if his family still lives at the address i would deliver it and let them handle it.....

So why have I gotten more than a dozen ballots for people who have not lived at my address in more than a decade?

if it was my route and i got 5-6 ballots with different names on them, the ones i know dont live there get taken care of ...the other names if i dont know who they are,you are supposed put a question mark on it and deliver it and let the current occupants either give it back to me and they get sent back with attempted not known stamped on it or they do whatever with them....

I shredded them. I didn't trust blank ballots circulating.

If the Democrat Party is using the Post Office to commit voter fraud; they are committing wire fraud.

federal fraud statutes, such as 18 U.S.C. § 1343 (wire fraud) and § 1349 (conspiracy to commit mail or wire fraud), can also apply depending on the facts

Well, those are both against postal regulations -actual crimes I think, and happened in 2020.
You, of all people, you are trying to educate a USPS career employee about postal laws.

You barely know how to mail a letter.
