What does Foreign policy with the Country of India have to do with the American native Indian?
India has always been on a cusp. The vacillate between Socialism and a Democratic Society.
Meanwhile they're deeply divided by the caste system. There are around 3,000 castes and 25,000 sub-castes in India.
The primary castes begin the Brahmin and Kshatriya, then come the Sikh's.
Additionally, India wants to remain separate from Pakistan and China, its two antagonists.
They will look to America for assistance.

I knew they had the caste system but not how many levels therein! Just freaking wow!
But then again, America has a somewhat caste system also: America favors the rich and the middle class while dumping all their frustrations on the homeless... I just speak in general here. There are a lot of people who have compassion on them. But just overall, the homeless are treated by society in general as human trash. .. "It's all their own fault," say many Americans. "They are all on drugs" say others...
