You and anyone could be investigated if you provide cause and public discussion of insurrection could be the catalyst. Investigated isn't the same as "hanging matter".

You would need to have other concrete evidence beyond just talk to get charged with a crime(s) and tried. If gone to trial there would have to be felony conviction on capital crime charges. It being decades since last execution for treason, you likely wouldn't get hanged just for talking, or even actual plotting, though plotting might get you some jail time.

I'd suggest you read and learn the full Constitution, not just a random bit or piece.
