Lutecia James won’t stop her vendetta against Trump

Q Mr. Trump, as you sit here today, do you know how big your triplex apartment is?

A You know, you wouldn’t — you wouldn’t know. I have heard, obviously, because of the trial, they say 11 to 12 to 13,000 feet.

Trump's CFO admitted that 30,000sq feet is bullshit.
Trump admitted that it's bullshit.

So how stupid are you to be posting what you are posting here?
Thank you for the extremely long answer. I notice that Trump also loves to drag out answers.

Start here.

Q If anything, you think the statement under valued your assets; is that correct?

A Well, I do by a substantial amount. It was the opposite of your case your case. Your case was that I had no money at all. I mean, looking at this year, what could I have 300-some-odd million dollars based on just saw — 300 — let me look. But, you know, you sued me on the basis that Trump had no money and he wrote up phony statements and defrauded banks even though they were represented by the biggest law firms in the world and the most sophisticated and best lawyers, and even though these banks were paid back in full, there was no harm; there was no anything. Everybody got their money in full; there was no victim. And then you are saying, I deferred it. The banks don’t even know what they are doing in this case. They said you paid us back.

Not at all. Valuing a property as though it has 7 mansions is far different than valuing a property as though it could have 7 mansions.

In this circumstance, it's even more clear cut because the property can't legally have any mansions at all.
He didn't value it with 7 mansions....what was valued was the developmental rights....again, this is way out of your league.,

You think I'm interested in your deflections? I'm not.

FACT was that Trump's apartment was never 30,000 square feet and financial documents he and his CFO signed constantly contained lies to inflate his worth for financial gain.

These was well established in the civil lawsuit against Trump Co. and upheld on the appeal.

Trumps accountants have to deal with that. Did you appraise that apartment?

Trumps accountants have to deal with that.

Civil lawsuit and appeal say you don't know wtf you are talking about and that in fact Trump, his sons and CFO as Trump CO. executives were systematically committing fraud.

have you measured it since he added on and remodeled?

Whether the efforts will be successful or not, and at what cost if they are, are all speculative.

Which is factored into the cost.

The point remains, that they valued it as though it had 7 mansions built upon it, which didn't exist. That's fraud.

If only Deutsche Bank had realized there were no mansions.

Perhaps you should offer them your expertise? You'd make millions!

Even in the face of her own obvious mortgage fraud, this DEI attorney general - who has no business being an attorney at all - has just declared she will APPEAL the Appeal Court setting aside her vindictive, insane $500 million fine against Trump. How much more chutpzpah can this woman possibly have? There want even a victim!

She should consider herself lucky that she isn’t being disbarred for her prosecutorial misconduct driven by politics, and instead she is doubling down.

Even in the face of Trump's Revenge Campaign and Lawfare against her, Lutecia James won’t stop fighting back against Trump's sleazy, disgraceful, and pathetic attacks on her.

Against whom?

AGAINST THE LAW DUMMY.

If it's against the law to run red lights then you can't tell the judge you are innocent because you didn't happen to cause a pile up.

When the law says companies can't lie in official financial documents it's...AGAINST THE LAW to lie in your financial documents.

The Bank defended Trump. The bank is the Deutch bank. Trump did not lie, maybe the accountant for him lied. But he sent to jail for 100 days.

When I owned my RE Loan Brokers firm, you would be amazed at how many Americans really don't have a good handle on their own finances.

How much is your home worth at appraisal?

The Bank defended Trump.

AND?

Did it ever enter your head for even a second that they are not in any way impartial and have a big risk exposure if they piss off Trump?

Nothing about Bank defending or not defending Trump changes the fact that his company committed fraud by lying in the financial documents to gain financial advantages.

I don't know you, but since I and my company handed hundreds of loans for real estate, I am pretty confident if you own real estate, you have lied a lot on your forms. Using your own standard of course.

Real estate really is a disgusting and corrupt industry.

Someone should clean it up. It’s full of fraud and deceit.

Trumps accountant was sent to jail for 100 days and he was nailed for tax evasion. So, the guilty party was sent to jail.

Not really. States license agents and brokers and habitually charge agents and brokers with crimes. However, the rate of crimes is very low.

When Real Estate Agents Face Criminal Charges

Posted by Dmitry Gorin | Jul 31, 2024

Real estate agents entrusted with significant responsibilities and access to sensitive client information play a crucial role in the complex world of real estate transactions. Their duties extend beyond facilitating property transactions, often involving legal and financial aspects.

So, in California, when a real estate agent faces criminal charges, the potential repercussions extend far beyond the potential for criminal penalties. Real estate fraud occurs when someone commits fraud involving purchasing, selling, or financing real estate property, which could also apply to real estate agents.

When Real Estate Agents Face Criminal Charges

California real estate agents convicted of a moral turpitude crime can have their license suspended.
Whether filed under California state or federal laws, real estate fraud charges carry severe penalties. These can include hefty fines, restitution, and even imprisonment. The potential for such harsh repercussions underscores the gravity of real estate fraud.

Real estate fraud laws in California cast a wide net, covering various types of unlawful conduct. These include housing, mortgages, rental agreements, straw buyer schemes, flipping property, predatory loans, and more. The breadth of these laws underscores the serious consequences of engaging in fraudulent activities.

Real estate fraud can occur at any point in a transaction connected with the property, including foreclosure proceedings.

California has various statutes it can use to pursue charges, such as Penal Code 487 PC grand theft, Penal Code 532 PC theft by false pretenses, Penal Code 115 PC filing forged documents, and Civil Code 2945.4 foreclosure fraud.

Simply put, real estate fraud occurs when someone commits a dishonest act, resulting in an unjustified enrichment of themselves during a real estate transaction, including a real estate agent.

States are very diligent when it comes to prosecuting agents you call corrupt.
Agents' associations kicked into law such as laws prohibiting corruption and fraud and deceit. All associations promote honest and fair dealing.
